Since co-founding AUREA Technology in 2010, Jérôme Prieur, President & CEO, has driven a consistent technology and product strategy: build the complete portfolio of critical photonic building blocks required by emerging quantum and optical fiber sensing systems, and transform advanced technologies into compact, reliable, high-performance and scalable products engineered for real-world integration.

Jérôme Prieur has remained directly involved throughout this process, from technology and product conception to R&D direction, intellectual-property strategy, product architecture and industrialization. Working closely with AUREA’s engineering teams, Jérôme has consistently pushed the portfolio toward uncompromising performance, industrial quality and manufacturability, while addressing the practical requirements of OEMs and system integrators: reduced integration risk, consistent interfaces, higher system density, scalability and faster transition from prototype to deployable products. Recent patent-pending developments such as GIGAXEA and SPD_SLIM_NIR illustrate this approach.
