AUREA Technology offers the "best in class" single photon counting modules

[San Francisco, Jan., 2017] AUREA Technology shows the first free-running and gated photon counting module at SPIE BiOS and PW17 in San Francisco

AUREA Technology shows the first continuous and gated modes NIR Single Photon Counting OEM Module, SPD_NIR_OEM. This is the most compact, and fastest high-performance Near-Infrared [900 nm-1700 nm] Single Photon Detection module, ideal for the most demanding analytical sciences, LIDAR, and Quantum technologies applications.  Thanks to its Geiger-mode InGaAs avalanche photodiode SPAD and its new enhanced embedded electronics. In gated-mode the SPD_OEM champion version performs very-low-noise DCR <1.000 cps and high Photon Detection Efficiency up to 30% at trigger rate up to 100 MHz and very fast timing resolution < 150 psec.

The "all-in-one" picosecond resolution TCSPC systems PicoXea from AUREA Technology receives the 2015 CLEO/Laser Focus World Innovation Award. 

For the first "all-in-one" Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) analyzer with fully integrated picosecond laser source and novel time-to-digital-converter technologies that delivers ultra-high photon detection efficiency and low-dark-count-rate within the 400 nm to 1700 nm range in a compact package with an easy to use customer-centric graphical user interface.

The first commercial High‐brightness Twin Photon Source for Quantum Optics from AUREA Technology received the 2014 CLEO/Laser Focus World Innovation Award honorable mention. 

The TPS_1550, the first commercial Twin Photon Source from AUREA Technology, a fully integrated (pump source, crystal, optics, electronics, and software) 1550 nm photon pair source for scientists and engineers developing quantum optics technologies that creates photons on demand with a spectral brightness of more than 100,000 photons/s/pm and a selectable 6 GHz to 7 THz emission bandwidth with < 2 pm central wavelength drift.
